Wellness Person
The Wellness Person is responsible for the
health maintenance and emergency care of students and staff. Aspects
of this position include administering first aid and prescription medication, making sure
students comply with physician's orders, setting up emergency procedures
and maintaining medical supplies.
Preference will be given to a licensed Nurse, Paramedic,
or EMT. The Wellness Person must be responsible, caring, organized and
enjoy working with students.
One Per Camp.
Team Leaders
Team leaders (TL's) are the catalysts for team building and personal
growth of the Youth Development Camp. The Team Leader position involves carrying out functions such as Camp Counselor and acting as
mentor, role model and supervisor to students. Activities include facilitating team meetings, creating camp
spirit, and leading some experiential
activities. TL's provide assistance to Darren Jacklin
and other guest speakers in setting the environment that promotes
accelerated learning.
A team usually consists of two Team
Leaders, plus 12 -16 students.
Site Administrator
The Site Administrator ensures that the Youth Development
Camp runs smoothly by over-seeing all details concerning business
operations. Key functions of this position include maintaining relationships with the Camp Director of
Operations, communicating with parents as needed and providing support to all
staff members in their positions. The Site Administrator works directly
with Darren Jacklin and other Facilitators and Guest Speakers to create
camp direction, inspiration, guidance, tone, and are visible leaders of
the Youth Development Camp. Experience in Camp Management is
preferred.

Products Coordinator
The Products Coordinator is responsible for the
inventory, sales, and financial reporting of products in the Success
Store. The Products Coordinator also takes digital photography of the
camp and uploads the photos to a set website. Good computer skills are
required, including hands on experience with Word, Excel, Email Programs, and Internet Skills. Good communication skills, organization, flexibility, creativity, and
sales experience are key elements for a great Products Coordinator.

Office Manager
The Office Manager supports the Site Administrator and is
responsible for performing the clerical functions of camp. Applicants of this position must have excellent communication and computer skills.
Office experience in a business environment is preferred.

Logistics Manager
The Logistics Manager coordinates supplies so programs run
smoothly for optimal learning. Duties include the physical set-up and break down of
camp, creation of Team Leader schedules, timing and playing music, training
Team leaders to complete logistical tasks and providing support for office tasks. Ability to lift 30-40 lbs. and maintain
physical health is necessary.
One Per Camp.
Counselor
Responsible for guidance, support and
leadership of both students and staff, Counselors provide direction regarding rule infractions, maintain communication with parents, and act
as a facilitator for personal growth. Counselors also manage camp
discipline as a member of the Decision Team.
A University or College Degree is required with Counseling credentials preferred, as well as the ability to demonstrate a strong rapport with students.
